You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging included where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.
How to Start a Return
Before sending an item back, contact us at cs@jusshonco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Original standard shipping is free. Return-shipping instructions and any applicable return-shipping responsibility will be provided when your return request is reviewed.
